COVID-19 Rehearsal Attendance Procedures

The wellbeing of our members and professionals is paramount, especially as we move forward in this new COVID19 world. To help ensure everyone’s safety we have set out below our rehearsal attendance guidance.

We will continue to monitor and adapt our COVID19 procedures as and when appropriate. Please make sure that you are familiar with these COVID19 procedures before attending indoor rehearsals.

Attending Rehearsals
Please do NOT attend rehearsals if you feel in anyway unwell or if:

you have had a positive COVID19 test result – do not attend rehearsals for a minimum of 10 following the positive COVID19 test date or until you have 2 negative lateral flow tests (LFT) 24 hours apart starting from day 5 (day of 1st symptoms or positive LFT counts as day 0).
someone in your household has had a positive COVID19 test result – do not attend rehearsals for a minimum of 10 days following their positive COVID19 test date or unless you are testing negative (LFT) and are not experiencing any COVID19 symptoms, even if these symptoms are mild (please refer the governments guidance on COVID19 symptoms).
if you have COVID19 symptoms, even if these symptoms are mild (please refer the governments guidance on COVID19 symptoms).

Hygiene, Social Distancing & Ventiliation

Please use the hand sanitising soap available as you enter the rehearsal room.
When setting up the rehearsal room we will position chairs further apart to respect everyone’s physical space.
Wherever possible doors will be left open in the rehearsal room to improve ventilation.
Song Sheets
Please print out your own song sheets which can be found on the “2022 Songs” tab on the website.

Refreshments
Please bring your own refreshments.

Payment
Wherever possible, please continue to use online payments to minimise the handling of cash. However, we do appreciate that not everyone has access to online banking so for those members please bring with you the exact money of £4.00.
